Job Description
What’s it all about?
This role sits at the heart of Visa’s relationship with Lloyds Banking Group (LBG), supporting one of our most strategic and complex clients.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Client Account Lead, you will be a self-starting, curious individual to help manage the partnership, including promoting and securing the use of Visa Europe products and services across their business to improve the Visa payments customer experience and deliver growth.
This position plays a critical role in shaping and delivering our account strategy, focused on Consumer Debit, with potential broader exposure across Consumer Lending and Commercial portfolios. It blends strategic thinking with operational execution, acting as a central connector across client engagement, commercial delivery, and internal coordination.
The role is focused on driving high-quality client outcomes, ensuring delivery of existing agreements, and supporting the identification and progression of new growth opportunities. It requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively across a matrixed organization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
