Account Manager - Up to £55k + Bonus - Exeter (Hybrid) - Permanent
A fast-growing SaaS provider for critical infrastructure is expanding its team. In this position you will play a key role in establishing and shaping the Account Management function.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers by building strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives.
- Lead structured customer review meetings to ensure clients are maximising the value of the platform.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive account planning and engagement.
- Manage renewals and reduce churn risk by identifying issues early and ensuring customer concerns are resolved effectively.

About You
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management or Customer Success roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts, improving customer retention, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
