Senior Account Manager – Software & Services
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
We are hiring an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the UK and Europe. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering value through software and IT services solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the UK & Europe.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Develop strategic account plans and monitor account performance.
- Lead commercial discussions, contract renewals, and negotiations.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and recommending suitable technology solutions.
- Represent the organization during executive meetings, workshops, and industry events.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of Software / IT Services Sales or Enterprise Account Management.
- Strong experience managing enterprise/key accounts across the UK and European markets.
- Experience selling Customer Experience Management (CEM/CX), Platform Engineering, Digital Engineering, or Data & Integration solutions.
- Experience within Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of account growth and revenue generation.
