Senior Account Manager – Software & Services

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

We are hiring an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the UK and Europe. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering value through software and IT services solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the UK & Europe.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Develop strategic account plans and monitor account performance.
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract renewals, and negotiations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and recommending suitable technology solutions.
  • Represent the organization during executive meetings, workshops, and industry events.

  • 10+ years of Software / IT Services Sales or Enterprise Account Management.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise/key accounts across the UK and European markets.
  • Experience selling Customer Experience Management (CEM/CX), Platform Engineering, Digital Engineering, or Data & Integration solutions.
  • Experience within Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of account growth and revenue generation.
