Ignite SEO
Ignite SEO is a growing SEO agency working with clients across multiple markets, and we're hiring an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of delivery across our portfolio. This is a full-time role for a seasoned operator who's run projects before, knows how to keep them on the rails, and isn't fazed when priorities shift.
You'll be the glue between our clients and our content, SEO, and technical teams — making sure deadlines are hit, expectations are managed, and nothing falls through the cracks.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, ideally within a digital marketing, SEO, or agency environment
- A proven track record of managing multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously, with the judgement to flag risks early rather than firefight later
- Confident, clear communicator who can liaise directly with clients, manage expectations, and hold internal teams accountable
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Based in the UK, available for a remote setup

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
