Account Manager – ConstructionTech

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Account Manager to join their high-performing commercial team. In this role, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of existing accounts across the construction industry. This is a key role in expanding their existing accounts (through upsell & cross-sell) as well as maintaining long-term relationships with the businesses and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our client has several offices across the UK; for individuals close to an office-base, this will be a hybrid position. However, candidates across wider England will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts across the construction industry
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities, driving growth across the accounts
- Develop & manage strategies for the accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders across the businesses
- Conduct regular business reviews across the portfolio
- Drive product adoption, providing additional product training where necessary
- Provide technical support to the accounts, escalating further when needed
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records of activity
- Attend industry events & trade shows when necessary

The Successful Candidate
- 3+ years B2B account management experience
- Software sales / account management experience is essential
- Previous experience selling ConstructionTech or working with clients across the construction space is ideal
- Wider software sales / account management experience will also be considered
- Based in England
Account Manager Package
- Basic salary: circa £50,000
- OTE: x2
- Car allowance (£5,000)
