Account Manager – NBS Supplier
Newcastle upon Tyne, One Trinity Gardens
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in our Newcastle office
OTE: £76,000, including variable compensation
Hours: Monday to Friday | 35 hours per week
Grow strategic customer relationships across the construction product manufacturing market
At Hubexo, we provide data, insights and software that help customers across the construction market make better decisions, work more efficiently and build more sustainably.
NBS powered by Hubexo supports the construction industry with specification software, product information and digital tools used across the built environment. Our NBS Supplier proposition helps construction product manufacturers present their products clearly, improve visibility with specifiers and support better product decisions across projects.
We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to grow revenue within an existing portfolio of strategic NBS Supplier customers.
You will focus on expanding and strengthening customer relationships by increasing product adoption, growing contract value and securing longer-term agreements.
The role
As an Account Manager in our NBS Supplier team, you will own commercial growth across an assigned customer portfolio. Your focus will be to understand customer goals, identify expansion opportunities and help manufacturers get more value from their relationship with NBS.
You will work closely with Customer Success and wider Hubexo teams to ensure customers see clear value from our products while delivering sustainable commercial growth for Hubexo.
This is a relationship-led role, but it is also commercially disciplined. You will be expected to grow account value, improve Net Revenue Retention, support multi-product adoption and help move customers into longer-term agreements where this creates value for both the customer and Hubexo.
Why this role matters
Construction product manufacturers need to stay visible, relevant and well represented with specifiers and decision-makers across the built environment.
NBS Supplier helps manufacturers improve how their product information is presented, discovered and considered during the specification journey. Your role helps customers get more value from that proposition by strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities and supporting long-term commercial partnerships.
This role matters because strong account management protects customer trust, improves retention and creates sustainable growth. You will help strategic customers understand where NBS can support their goals while growing contract value and improving customer outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
