B2B ACCOUNT MANAGER – MOBILE SOLUTIONS
ARE YOU THE ONE? You’ll be the remote voice of Samsung’s Mobile B2B operation, building real relationships with enterprise customers, spotting growth opportunities and making retaining and growing our customers. No two days are the same in this commercially focused, customer-first role.
You’ll be based in Samsung HQ a minimum of 4 days per week.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO: Build and maintain strong relationships with Samsung enterprise customers over phone and email Identify sales opportunities across Samsung’s mobile, tablet, computing and wearable portfolio Share product roadmap updates and help customers get maximum value from Samsung B2B solutions Document customer needs and qualify opportunities for handover to field sales teams Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular account health updates to management Support Sales and Marketing teams with customer-focused initiatives and remote workshop

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER? A strong communicator who can engage and build rapport over the phone and in writing Experienced in B2B volume account management or working with enterprise-level customers Commercially minded with a solid understanding of mobile technology, IT services and enterprise processes Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple accounts independently Familiar with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and confident working across internal teams Knowledge of Samsung’s B2B portfolio, Knox, MDM & licencing across an enterprise business or Android Enterprise is a bonus
