Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager for Scotland & Northern Ireland to join an industry-leading sales representation company, proudly representing one of the world’s biggest travel brands Expedia.

In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of travel agency partners across the region. You will nurture strong commercial relationships, seek out new business opportunities, and empower partners to maximise their performance on the Expedia TAAP platform. Working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, you will apply your creativity, commercial mindset, and sales planning methodology to drive revenue growth.

This is a remote position based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, with occasional travel across the UK and Europe.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Extensive sales experience, ideally within the travel industry (not essential).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate product benefits into commercial value for partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • CRM experience, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to sales planning and execution.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously with a high degree of ownership.
  • Positive team player who contributes ideas, embraces collaboration, and adapts when needed.

  • Manage and grow a regional portfolio of travel agency partners across Scotland & Northern Ireland.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face and virtual sales visits, product demonstrations, webinars, tradeshows, exhibitions, and partner events.
  • Build strong, long-term business relationships that support revenue growth and partner satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard high-potential partners.
  • Diagnose partner needs and translate them into tailored product solutions using the Expedia TAAP platform.
  • Analyse performance data and develop sales strategies to grow attachment, profitability, and adoption.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with suitable partners.
  • Deliver clear, impactful presentations to influence partner decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share insights, contribute ideas, and support joint initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity management within the CRM system (preferably Salesforce).
  • Represent the brand with professionalism at all events and engagement opportunities.
