WePlay is seeking an Account Manager to join our award-winning sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will wow our customers by delivering campaigns and projects promptly and in line with the scope of work. With a client-focused mindset, you will collaborate with multi-departmental teams to make sure that campaigns are successful, and confidently communicate project updates to your client(s).
You Will:
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at appropriate levels and understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Get hands-on with the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels.
- Provide status updates to clients as per clients’ request and WePlay SOW.
- Organise and participate in regular meetings to maintain open communication within the team about clients, the business, and ongoing projects.
- Be a positive role model in the team and agency; helping to cultivate a positive company culture, aligned with the business’ vision and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as media, creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver integrated campaigns and projects
- Manage direct reports and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and commitments
- Prepare plans and timelines that support the campaign/project delivery schedule
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights

You Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management roles, ideally within a sports marketing agency
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous London office.
