Location: Midlands/North England

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of Facilities Management services across a national UK logistics portfolio.

This is a key leadership role where you'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, site teams, and supply chain partners to ensure exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and commercial success. You'll be responsible for driving performance, identifying opportunities for innovation, and supporting the continued growth of the account.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day self-delivery of hard FM services across a national portfolio.
  • Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners to achieve contractual objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings and site engagement.
  • Taking ownership of account financial performance, including full P&L responsibility.
  • Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, soft services professionals, and support staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Supporting the development of operating procedures, contingency plans, and best practices.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities to enhance service delivery, increase profitability, and support contract retention and growth.
  • Driving continuous improvement through innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within a Facilities Management Contract Manager or Account Manager role.
  • Ability to lead several Managers across the UK.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing mobile or national FM portfolios is advantageous.
  • Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH is desirable.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to drive operational improvements and business growth.
