HCI Systems, established in 2012 and now part of the Prodrive group of companies, is one of the leading providers of high-quality electrical wiring solutions. Supporting customers in various sectors from Marine, Defence, AgriTech to a core business around Motorsport & Automotive, supplying multiple high level racing series and high specification automotive style projects. Based in Newport, Shropshire, HCI Systems Limited have grown rapidly in recent years to become leaders in vehicle electrical systems and wiring harnesses. The company has an enviable reputation based on high quality wiring harness design and manufacture for low voltage and electric vehicles as well as providing complimentary technologies such as power management systems, switch panels and bespoke electronics systems working to customer specifications. Our world-class team has over 30 years of experience designing and manufacturing wiring looms. Due to the continued success of the business both in established and new marketplaces, HCI Systems are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from the initial Request for Quotation (RFQ) stage through to delivery, ensuring timely completion, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs for internal teams Work closely with the technical team to create detailed quotes for customers Sending and following quotes to convert to orders Manage the full account lifecycle from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support Working closely with the operations team and business development manager Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional products or services Maintain accurate records using the company's ERP systems Support the wider sales and commercial team with reporting and forecast information
