Job Description
Edmundson Tyseley are now hiring for an internal account manager within the branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, focusing on long-term customer loyalty
- Consistently generate profitable sales for the branch via the telephone, using effective sales techniques and resources
- Manage customer queries relating to invoices, orders, or stock
- Understand and improve the customer lifecycle by proactively targeting new customers and developing them into consistent live trading accounts
- Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and suppliers in supporting promotions, sales events, supplier days, and new product launches
- Assist in other areas of the branch as required

Experience & Skills Required
✔ Telephone sales experience ✔ Confident in both proactive and reactive sales calls ✔ Strong team player mindset ✔ Electrical wholesale knowledge/experience is preferred but not essential
