Account Manager

Reports to

Account Director / Senior Account Director / Associate Director

Job Overview

As an Account Manager, you will manage multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring delivery on time, on brief, and within budget. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will contribute to business growth and high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

1. Results & Delivery

  • Manage projects from brief to completion within scope, budget, and timelines
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams
  • Anticipate challenges and propose solutions
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Review materials and oversee freelance output
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GDPR, and industry regulations
  • Lead client meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and financial tracking
  • Support new business activities and adapt across projects

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree preferred (BSc desirable)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in medical communications or strong project management background
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and adaptability
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
