Role Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager who will work alongside and support our dynamic Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilities
- Engaging with client representatives through phone calls and email communication
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with project statuses and client interactions.
- Keeping client records accurate and up to date in the CRM, including contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Following up on submitted quotes to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction with proposals.
- Attend and participate in client meetings alongside Key Account Managers
- Providing administrative support for tender submissions, including tasks like preparing case studies, accreditation evidence, and quality submissions
- Monitoring online procurement portals to identify publicly shared opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Developing periodic content and communications to key account client segments

- Attending and assisting at industry-specific shows and exhibitions as required by the Regional Sales Manager
- Support the Sales team with admin tasks and ad-hoc duties
