About The Role
We are seeking a data-driven Account Manager to drive the success of our EMEA Market. In this role, you will be part of growing the top tier clients in EMEA – you will be the driver to help clients realize their business goals leveraging Appier’s AI solutions in the Adtech space.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Client Strategy & Growth: Own a portfolio of strategic accounts in the EMEA region. Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their KPIs, how they are calculated, and translating them into actionable steps.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Monitor performance data daily to ensure clients meet their KPIs and proactively suggest optimizations.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage campaign datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and look for growth opportunities. Present these findings in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to key stakeholders.
- Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary bridge between clients and our internal Product/Engineering teams. Assist clients with technical setups, including MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) integration, SDK troubleshooting, and post-back configurations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and advocate for client needs within the product roadmap.
- Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell and ensure high client retention rates through execution excellence.

- Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You are disciplined, organized, and data-driven in decision making.
- Experience: Possess relevant experience in Mobile Advertising, AdTech, or Digital Media, specifically in an Account Management or Client Success role.
- Communication: Native or bilingual proficiency in English is required. Able to clearly and confidently communicate complex data into simple language for all key decision makers. Able to visualize data and tell the story via Excel/Sheets and presentation tools.
