Account Manager – Regional Agency Sales
Location: Edinburgh – Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
You’ll be joining our Regional Agency Sales team, working closely with some of the UK’s biggest and most influential audio brands. Our passionate group specialises in delivering creative, multi-platform solutions to leading media agencies and clients. Operating autonomously yet supported by a collaborative team, you’ll partner with planners, content teams, and commercial colleagues to bring impactful campaigns to life and drive outstanding results.

Your Role
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of agency and client relationships, using creative audio solutions to achieve revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with agency planning, buying, and strategy teams.
- Drive audio revenue through proactive selling and tailored creative solutions.
- Serve as a brands ambassador, delivering engaging presentations.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, while growing existing accounts.
- Lead and resource creative pitches backed by insights and market research.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, planning and executing campaigns effectively.
- Manage campaign delivery, forecasting, and reporting to meet business targets.
- Analyze agency spend to uncover growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of audio market trends and broader media landscape developments.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Must-have:
- Proven experience in media sales or account management.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to influence at all levels.
- A consultative, creative sales approach yielding verifiable commercial results.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- A proactive, driven mindset, excelling both independently and collaboratively.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with media agencies or within the audio market.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of campaign planning structures.
- Confidence working with data and insights to support sales strategies.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
