Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking an Account Manager for UK and EU markets
AGL is an integrated, end-to-end, supply chain solution that simplifies the complex global logistics for enterprise customers and Amazon's selling partners. With AGL, businesses can seamlessly transport their inventory from the factory door (in overseas locations such as China and Vietnam) directly to locations in US, UK, EU and JP - all with a click of a button. AGL's aim is to optimize the end-to-end supply chain, allowing customers to focus on what they do best – building unique product offerings that their customers love.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- You thrive in ambiguity and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess high levels of creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- You're deeply data-oriented and know how to translate customer requirements into compelling value propositions.
- You have a proven track record of in pipeline development and sales target achievement.
Key job responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of Selling Partners for Amazon Global Logistics suite of supply chain services to meet or exceed sales targets (Sellers launched, volume, revenue, etc.)
- Own sales activities including outreach, sales pipeline management, forecasting, operational troubleshooting, Selling Partner education, etc.
- Identify growth opportunities through solutions-based selling by identifying and understanding Selling Partners' supply chain needs
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations to senior external stakeholders
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and network connections
- Program management responsibilities geared to improve and build upon the Selling Partners experience
- Identify and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless seller experience and target achievement

About the team
Formed in 2020, the EMEA Sales Team within Amazon Global Logistics works closely with Amazon Selling Partners providing onboarding support, operational insights, and direction for new and existing logistics products & services. Our objective over the next few years is to scale our global supply chain program for Amazon Selling Partners and deliver a logistics experience they love.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Mandarin
- Experience in e-commerce and/or Supply Chain
