Account Manager – Apprenticeships & Professional Training
Salary: Up to £40,000 + OTE £50,000
Location: Remote
We’re working exclusively with a fast-growing and innovative training provider that has recently secured several major national contracts and continues to grow its client base across AI, Data, and Business Analytics. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to appoint a high-calibre Account Manager to join their commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a relationship-led professional who thrives on engaging with senior stakeholders, leading on opportunities, and driving growth from warm, high-value leads.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional outbound sales role. Instead, you’ll take ownership of key incoming enquiries and large-scale opportunities, playing a leading role in converting them into long-term partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
