As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships, supporting business growth, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.
You'll be the trusted point of contact for your customers, working collaboratively with teams across the business to provide exceptional service and effective solutions. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted point of contact
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and web chat, delivering excellent service at every interaction
- Process quotes and orders through our ERP system and website
- Coordinate the allocation and shipment of goods to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data is managed in line with company policies and data protection requirements
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, including Purchasing and Operations, to deliver the best possible customer experience

What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy building relationships, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Essential Skills And Experience
- Previous experience within a Customer Service, Account Management, Internal Sales, or Telesales role
- Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify effective solutions and deliver positive outcomes
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Experience of exporting products to international markets would be advantageous
