Our client is a leading marketing and sales agency based in Reading. They work with some incredible B2B tech and professional services clients and they're now looking for a talented Account Manager to join their team.
B2B Marketing Agency Experience Required
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication remains clear across clients and internal teams. Your organisation, attention to detail and proactive approach will help keep projects on track while supporting strong client relationships and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities of Account Manager:

- Develop a strong understanding of clients, their brands, objectives and competitors.
- Build positive relationships with client contacts and internal teams.
- Prepare for meetings, ask insightful questions and contribute ideas.
- Understand project objectives, scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Take accurate meeting notes and ensure actions are followed through.
- Lead smaller projects with increasing independence.
- Challenge briefs constructively and recommend solutions.
- Present ideas confidently and develop project approaches.
- Review proposals and estimates before client presentation.
- Deliver work accurately and on schedule.
- Manage project plans, resources and approvals.
- Identify risks early and help resolve issues before they impact delivery.
- Complete timesheets accurately and understand project budgets.
- Help maintain WIP reports, financial trackers and project records.
- Learn how estimates, invoicing and profitability are managed.
- Assist with estimating, resource planning and budget management.
- Monitor project profitability and flag potential overspend.
