Account Manager
Account Manager – Onefile Ltd (Manchester, Hybrid)
Onefile Ltd, a Harris Computer company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and consistently meet sales targets in a full-time, permanent role.
Location: Manchester office (minimum of 2 days/week in presence)
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Tailor Harris’ solution portfolio to meet local enterprise needs.
- Advise clients on best-fit solutions with your inquisitive, analytical, and solution-driven approach.
- Manage trade agreements and contract negotiations with strategic and key clients.
- Oversee commercial aspects of sales (pricing, discounts, promotions, quantities).
- Maintain pipeline development, client relationships, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
- Understand and align with client business models, current needs, and future growth.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage key account trade agreements.
- Lead commercial decision-making (pricing, pricing flexibility, assortment).
- Build and nurture relationships with peers, partners, and clients.
- Travel may be required for client engagements and onsite meetings.

Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or sales (preferably in education technology).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in prior roles.
- Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of funded learning, skills, and edtech trends.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in account-level negotiations.
- Degree or relevant experience in Business, Sales, or Marketing (desirable).
- Exceptional collaborative teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with outstanding decision-making under pressure.
