Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our growing Contingent Workforce Solutions team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building long-term client partnerships, leading high-performing programmes and delivering operational excellence. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of our Managed Service Programmes (MSP), ensuring clients receive an outstanding service while continually driving improvements in performance, efficiency and value.
Working with global organisations across multiple industries, you'll become a trusted advisor to your clients, leading operational governance, managing supplier performance and ensuring our workforce technology is delivering the best possible outcomes. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on programme leadership, helping clients solve complex workforce challenges while supporting the continued growth of Talent Works.

What you'll be doing
As our MSP Programme Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of Managed Service Programmes (MSP) for clients across the globe, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their strategic partner and primary point of contact.
- Take accountability for the successful fulfilment of contingent workforce demand, ensuring delivery against contractual objectives and service commitments.
- Lead governance meetings, providing insight, recommendations and strategic direction using operational and workforce data.
- Monitor programme performance through KPIs, SLAs and management information, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Use workforce data and reporting to solve operational challenges, influence decision-making and optimise programme performance.
- Manage third-party supplier relationships, ensuring contractual compliance, performance standards and quality of delivery are consistently achieved.
- Identify opportunities to enhance programme performance through process improvements, technology, automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with clients to understand changing business priorities, adapting services and workforce strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Support the implementation of new services and programme enhancements, ensuring a seamless transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Operations, Client Success, Technology, Recruitment, Finance and Digital to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and convert new client requirements into successful programme delivery.

What we're looking for
You'll be a confident relationship builder who enjoys solving complex problems, leading operational delivery and working closely with clients to achieve measurable business outcomes. You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing Managed Service Programmes (MSP), contingent workforce programmes, Statement of Work (SOW) or complex recruitment outsourcing solutions.
- A proven track record in client-facing account management, programme management or consulting roles.
- Strong operational governance experience, with the ability to establish controls, monitor performance and drive accountability.
- Commercial awareness with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience managing and developing third-party supplier relationships, including performance management and commercial discussions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders and executive-level clients.
- Experience using Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and workforce technology platforms.
- The ability to analyse operational data and turn insights into practical recommendations that improve performance.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
