About you
Are you an Account Manager who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating projects and helping deliver great work in a collaborative agency environment? We're looking for someone with strong account management fundamentals, a proactive mindset and genuine experience within the automotive space. You'll be naturally curious, highly organised and motivated by helping clients and teams achieve excellent results.
You'll be confident managing day-to-day client communications, coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and contributing ideas that help move projects forward.
About the role
This role sits within our client services team and is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of automotive client projects. You'll work closely with strategists, creatives, producers and senior client service colleagues to ensure projects are delivered effectively and to a high standard. Alongside excellent account management, you'll bring genuine automotive knowledge and enthusiasm, helping to ensure our work remains relevant, insightful and credible within the sector.
Responsibilities
Account Management & Delivery
- Manage day-to-day client relationships across automotive accounts
- Coordinate projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring quality, timing and budget expectations are met
- Translate client briefs and strategic direction into clear delivery plans
- Maintain oversight of schedules, actions, approvals and project risks
- Ensure excellent account management standards across all work

- Build trusted client relationships through responsive, proactive account management
- Act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for clients
- Present project updates, work and recommendations with confidence
- Develop a strong understanding of clients' business objectives and wider marketing plans
Automotive Specialism
- Play a key role on automotive-focused accounts, bringing sector knowledge into day-to-day client management and delivery
- Bring strong, demonstrable experience and genuine interest in the automotive space, with a clear understanding of car culture and how audiences engage with it
- Demonstrate experience of, or strong engagement with, areas such as automotive culture, motorsport, track days and events, or enthusiast communities
- Be fluent in the automotive content and influencer landscape, with a clear understanding of how communities engage across social platforms
- Apply this sector knowledge to shape ideas, campaigns and client recommendations
- Use automotive insight to identify opportunities and drive organic account growth through new ideas, workstreams and commercial opportunities
Commercial Awareness
- Track budgets, estimates, purchase orders and project costs accurately
- Support senior team members with commercial management and forecasting
- Identify opportunities to create additional value for clients
- Maintain awareness of scope, timings and project profitability
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure projects run smoothly
- Share knowledge and support less experienced colleagues where appropriate
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Build strong relationships across strategy, creative, production and digital teams
Creative & Delivery Contribution
- Contribute ideas that help shape projects and encourage clients to explore new directions
- Support delivery across integrated campaigns (digital, content, social, web and beyond)
- Interest or experience in content and film production is beneficial
- Coordinate production activities including schedules, logistics, talent and approvals
- Support the delivery of branded content and social-first campaigns
- Protect creative quality throughout delivery

Skills & experience
- Experience operating at Account Manager level within an agency environment
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence building relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to delivery.
- Experience monitoring project budgets, costs, estimates and timelines, with a good understanding of agency commercial processes.
- Proven ability to write clear briefs, manage feedback and keep projects moving from briefing through to delivery.
- Genuine knowledge of and passion for the automotive sector, with an understanding of automotive audiences, culture and enthusiast communities.
- Understanding of the automotive content, social and influencer landscape, and how audiences engage across digital channels.
- Experience supporting branded content, social-first campaigns or integrated marketing projects.
- Knowledge of film and content production processes, including shoot planning, logistics, on-set coordination and post-production approvals.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and identify practical solutions.
- Naturally curious and proactive, with a desire to develop commercial and strategic understanding while delivering excellent client service.
