Account Manager – Fashion High Street Supplier
About the Company
A fantastic growth opportunity for an Experienced Account Manager to join a leading ladies clothing supplier & brand operating in the fast-paced fashion industry. This role suits a hardworking, career-motivated professional eager to thrive in a fun, dynamic team.
We partner with major retailers including ASOS, Matalan and New Look.
The ideal candidate offers 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, with expertise in import and branded fashion. However, we’ll also consider a junior candidate with career ambition, drive and ambition.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Senior Account Manager, supporting key customer accounts across multiple product categories. Core responsibilities include:

- Representing the company in customer meetings and follow-ups
- Creative tasks: Developing cost sheets and order handover spreadsheets
- Data management: Maintaining and updating costing information in Excel spreadsheets
- Supplier negotiations: Liaising with factories on pricing, quantities, and delivery logistics
- Travel coordination: Assisting with arranging travel plans and itineraries for customer meetings
- Vendor management: Engaging with suppliers from initial development to final order placement
- Cross-functional support: Assisting the merch team as required for administrative tasks
- Garment liaison: Working with the design team on construction details for denim, knits, outerwear, softs & jersey materials
- Customer relations: Key contact for negotiations, order management, and face-to-face meetings

Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills able to handle a busy workload
- Technical proficiency: Excel & Microsoft Word at an advanced level
- Ebbing way up: Proven ability to work independently and proactively
Preferred
- Degree in a relevant business or fashion-related subject
- Understanding of garment construction, particularly denim, knits, outerwear, softs & jersey
- Familiarity with contract-driven supplier business dynamics
- Team player mindset with commitment to process and accuracy
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
