About Boldspace & Boldstream™
Boldspace is a brand and communications agency, now in its sixth year, with consistent year-on-year growth. We help brands build meaning, reputation, and long-term value by bringing together strategy, creativity, communications, and insight.
Central to this approach is Boldstream™, our proprietary AI platform, designed to help brands better understand the impact of their communications activity and make more informed decisions. Built in-house by a team with deep communications experience, Boldstream™ is shaped by the real-world needs of modern brand, marketing, and reputation teams and is live and scaling with customers.
As Boldstream™ continues to evolve, particularly through investment in bleeding-edge AI-driven features and smarter automation, we're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and ensure customers get real, ongoing value from the platform.
Requirements
We are seeking a confident, client-facing Account Manager to manage and strengthen relationships for Boldstream™ customers. This role is well-suited to someone comfortable working directly with senior client and internal stakeholders, owning the onboarding end-to-end, and acting as a trusted day-to-day advisor.
You'll take responsibility for helping clients understand how Boldstream™ supports their communications objectives, embedding the platform into their regular activity, and ensuring continued engagement over time. You'll also play a key role in supporting renewals, identifying opportunities to grow accounts, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
