Why We Need This Role

We are creating a new Sales Associate role to support our regional account executives in managing our top-tier customers within a region. The Sales Associate will:

  • Manage transactional sales activity
  • Support renewals and account growth
  • Enhance the customer experience by proactively identifying, progressing, and closing opportunities

This is a fantastic entry-level sales opportunity for someone passionate about customer engagement, commercial growth, and enterprise sales development within the telecommunications industry.

What You Will Do

In partnership with the Account Executive (AE), the Sales Associate will:

  • Support account management and growth by coordinating with AEs on assigned strategic accounts.
  • Act as the point of contact for daily transactional sales activities within allocated customer accounts.
  • Execute the account strategy by identifying expansion opportunities for assigned accounts.
  • Own and manage transactional sales opportunities, driving progress through the sales cycle alongside the AE and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and present relevant telecoms solutions.
  • Collaborate on renewals to secure retention and uncover upsell potential, including preparing renewal proposals and engaging with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure ON-TIME and accurate renewal execution.
  • Attend customer meetings with AEs to strengthen relationships and accelerate opportunity progression.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and resolve commercial queries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
