Account Manager
Sales Account Manager – North East & Yorkshire Territory
We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager for the North East and Yorkshire Territory working within the UK commercial team, specialising in medical compression garments for the treatment of lymphoedema, chronic oedema, and wound care.
The role will include:
- Working closely with the NHS.
- Building long-lasting relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and stakeholders in Primary and Secondary Care.
- Collaborating with our Clinical and Strategic Partnership teams to:
- Deliver compelling product presentations.
- Demonstrate clinical and economic value.
- Promote Haddenham’s full suite of value-added services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales delivery: Present a compelling clinical and commercial case to healthcare teams, demonstrating how our products and value-added services support:
- Improved patient outcomes.
- Service efficiency.
- Internal collaboration:
- Work closely with the Clinical and Strategic Partnership teams to:
- Align messaging.
- Participate in joint field visits and training sessions.
- Contribute to tenders, business cases, and formulary submissions.
- Work closely with the Clinical and Strategic Partnership teams to:
- Market awareness:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of:
- NHS policy.
- ICS developments.
- Local commissioning priorities to inform tailored, evidence-based proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of:
- Reporting:
- Provide internal teams with regular updates on:
- Customer needs.
- Clinical pathway trends.
- Product performance.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience selling to or working within the NHS (medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare background).
- Strong understanding of:
- NHS structures.
- Procurement processes.
- Clinical pathways.
- Decision-making frameworks.
- Excellent skills in:
- Communication.
- Presentation.
- Relationship-building.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary internal teams.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
