About You
We are looking for an experienced account manager to join our growth partnerships team and support our ambitious and exciting wholesale growth plans.
Reporting into the Head of Partnerships, you'll come with strong experience in retail product sales, an enviable contact base, and a passion for responsible product.
Day to day, you'll be doing the below:
- Present the collection each season to partners
- Support the Head of Partnerships and Account Manager to prepare for each sales campaign
- Responsible for achieving sales plan and reviewing performance on a regular basis
- Create strong relationships with accounts
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in the UK and Internationally
- Thinking about the ultimate impact actions and decisions may have on the customers and taking proactive decisions
- Order book management (including checking that orders are entered correctly, and orders are dispatched on time)
- Partner tracker maintenance
- Support team on intake management and stock retention
- Support on actioning picks with DC in line with agreed partner despatch schedule, managing end to end
- Support in consolidation of all partner orders (newness and trade) in line with agreed core merch deadlines
- Store visits and visual merchandising support
- Support admin team with attributes sheets, including technical on fabric comps, EAN’s and imagery
- Assess trading opportunities on a weekly basis and analyse/report on risk
- Drive trade with partners and liaise with NC core team on developing OTB packs
- Provide end of season report, detailing overall financial performance, best and worst sellers, summary of reorders, stock levels, deliveries, returns etc.

Ideally, you'll come with around 6 or so years of sales experience in similar fast paced retail environments, and have experience working across UK and international wholesale markets.
