Account Manager – Caribbean

Location: Caribbean (Please note this is not a remote role, Relocation is required and supported by the company)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established international business operating across the Caribbean region. This role offers the chance to build a long-term overseas career while managing a high-volume portfolio of business customers in a fast-paced, relationship-led environment. The focus is on developing existing accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities across a range of services.

We are looking for commercially driven, energetic professionals who enjoy building strong client relationships and developing business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of business accounts
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Generate new business and support customer acquisition initiatives
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Deliver against revenue and growth targets
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions for clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the business within the local community and networking environments

Requirement

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Telecommunications industry experience is essential
  • Understanding of mobile, connectivity, voice, data, or related technology solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
