About Us
Help innovative companies communicate ideas that change the world.
At Salamandra.uk, we believe the world's most exciting innovations deserve to be understood. Many organisations can develop remarkable technology. Far fewer can explain it clearly enough for investors, procurement teams, partners, customers and the public to understand why it matters. That's where we come in.
We're an award-winning animation and design studio that helps organisations translate complex ideas into stories people can understand, believe in and act upon. Whether we're helping explain the future of aerospace, visualising next-generation space technologies, bringing advanced engineering to life or making SaaS and PharmaTech easier to understand, our work helps clients build confidence, create understanding and communicate with clarity.

- Because great client relationships are built through great communication and consistently delivering on promises.
Making brilliant work happen
- You'll work closely with our creative, animation and production teams to ensure projects are delivered:
- On time
- On budget
- Within scope
- To the exceptional standard our clients expect
- You'll keep everyone aligned, manage timelines, chase actions, organise meetings, solve problems and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- You're someone who enjoys bringing order to busy projects and keeping momentum going.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
