Role Summary & Impact

The Account Manager will support the Account Director (Bridgestone EMEA) and Client Lead (Karo Healthcare EMEA), ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations while delivering impactful strategic insights and campaign excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Internal & External Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders at Bridgestone and Karo Healthcare, fostering trusting, long-term relationships.
  • Lead regular client meetings (status updates, post-campaign reviews) with clear articulation of insights and recommendations.
  • Champion network collaboration, sharing best practices across markets and raising the standard of service.
  • Work seamlessly with:
    • Internal specialists (activation, billing, strategy)
    • External agencies (e.g., creative partners)
  • Ensure proactive, responsive support for the Account Director, Client Lead, and wider client requests.

International Media Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with internal planning and buying teams to ensure strategic alignment and campaign execution (digital, TV, OOH, print).
  • Demonstrate deep cultural knowledge of EMEA markets to tailor strategies effectively.
  • Develop market-specific insights into:
    • Brand verticals and competition
    • Business challenges and growth opportunities

Campaign Execution & Performance Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring:
    • Meticulous planning
    • On-time execution
    • Budget adherence
    • High-quality standards
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, conducting in-depth analysis with the activation team to provide:
    • Actionable optimisation insights
    • Client-facing performance reports (with support from Digital Account Director).
  • Gain full familiarity with current campaigns via:
    • Strategy documents
    • Media plans
    • Performance & Controlled Access Reports (PCAs)

Proactive Problem Solving & Innovation

  • Anticipate challenges and propose growth opportunities for both clients and internal teams.
  • Continuously identify and present:
    • New media opportunities
    • Industry trends
    • Innovative approaches (including leveraging AI).
  • Think beyond conventional solutions to deliver inventive strategies.

Financial Management

  • Oversee client billing and financial reconciliation for assigned accounts.
  • Manage client budgets with:
    • Clear communication
    • Transparency
    • Adherence to financial processes

  • A highly motivated, self-starter with a strong growth mindset.
  • Media planning and buying experience, particularly in digital channels.
