About the role

Blink Image is a specialist studio creating architectural visualisation, including CGIs (computer generated images) and animations for some of the UK's biggest property developers and their marketing teams. We're a small, fully remote team of around ten, with a growing product suite that goes well beyond still images - cinematic animation, our enhancement service, and Interact3D, our interactive 3D portfolio platform. AI is increasingly woven through how we work, from production to marketing, so we're after someone who's comfortable operating that way.

Over the last 18 months we've built a genuine content engine - a weekly newsletter, a regular LinkedIn presence, and a website designed to be open and helpful rather than salesy. This role turns that foundation into deeper client relationships and steady, well-qualified growth.

In short: own and deepen our relationships with existing clients, open a steady stream of new ones, and be the person who keeps Blink front of mind - using our content and product suite as the reasons to stay in genuine, useful contact. It's a client-facing relationship and sales role (not a finance role), roughly 70% deepening existing accounts and 30% opening new ones. A farmer, not an aggressive hunter.

Success looks like: clients who hear from us regularly and think of us first, a clear and well-managed pipeline, and a steadily growing base of accounts and Interact3D subscriptions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to contact for existing clients - proactive, regular contact by face-to-face meetings, call and video, not just when there's an invoice to send.
  • Understand each client's own pipeline and timing, so we're in front of them the moment a need arises rather than after it's passed.
  • Spot and develop opportunities within accounts, introducing the right product or service (Interact3D, animation, enhancement) in a consultative, outcome-led way.
  • Open new relationships with target developers and property marketing agencies - a steady, considered flow rather than high-volume cold outreach.
  • Represent Blink confidently and warmly in meetings and pitches, including running or supporting product demos such as Interact3D.
  • Own the sales pipeline: keep it current with every lead, opportunity, stage and next action, and give the directors clear visibility of what's live and what's coming.
  • Prepare, send and follow up on quotes and proposals, with figures and commercial terms agreed with the directors before they go out.
  • Use our content as a relationship tool, and feed client questions and themes back to inform what we publish.

What we're looking for

Essential

  • A natural relationship-builder - genuine, warm and easy to talk to. Someone clients actively want to hear from.
  • A consultative sales instinct: comfortable carrying a sales objective without being pushy or transactional.
  • Credibility and gravitas with senior client contacts such as marketing managers and directors.
  • Self-motivated and well-organised in a remote setting, with the discipline to follow up reliably and keep records current.
  • A strong communicator, written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in an AI-forward business - genuinely open to using AI tools to work faster and smarter, and keen to learn how we use them.

Desirable

  • Experience in property, construction, architecture, or a creative / marketing agency - or a related B2B visual or creative field.
  • Familiarity with CGI, visualisation or proptech, or a track record of getting up to speed on a technical product quickly.
  • Comfort using LinkedIn and content as part of building relationships.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools day to day - for research, drafting, outreach or productivity. Not a technical requirement, but we want an enthusiastic adopter, not a sceptic.

Remote, UK-based · Full-time · £40,000–£50,000 per year, depending on experience.
