About Spendstream

Spendstream is an all-in-one, fully managed customer rewards platform for businesses with consumer audiences. We help clients increase engagement, strengthen retention and generate new revenue from their existing customers through digital gift cards, affiliate rewards and optional cashback. Our technology can be delivered as a fully branded white-label experience or integrated through our API, supported by managed brand relationships, reporting, fraud prevention and client support.

The opportunity

We are looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of Spendstream clients. This is a hands-on role combining relationship management, client success, performance analysis and commercial growth. You will help clients get more value from their rewards programme, increase customer adoption and identify practical opportunities to expand each partnership.

What you'll do

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with an assigned portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted point of contact.
  • Lead structured onboarding and launch activity, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
  • Run regular performance reviews using engagement, transaction and revenue data to turn results into clear recommendations.
  • Create practical client success plans covering adoption, communications, campaign activity, optimisation and agreed outcomes.
  • Help clients promote their white-label or API-powered rewards experience through well-timed, relevant customer communications.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities, including additional reward types, features, audiences and integrations.
  • Monitor account health, spot risks early and lead recovery plans where engagement, delivery or stakeholder alignment is falling behind.
  • Coordinate with product, technology, finance, marketing and support colleagues to resolve issues and deliver a joined-up client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, actions, risks, opportunities and forecasts in the company CRM.
  • Represent client needs internally while balancing customer outcomes with Spendstream's commercial and operational priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
