Job Title: Account Manager – Consumer Team

Company: Censuswide

Location: London (Hybrid/Remote)

Guide Salary: £28,000-£32,000 basic + uncapped commission

At Censuswide, we’re a close-knit team that prioritises collaboration and support. New team members work across various projects, sectors, and team members.

We are looking for hard working, motivated individuals to help assist some of the biggest PR agencies and brands with all their research needs. All training will be provided, via a structured onboarding programme that over the course of months will bring you up to speed with all aspects related to the role – we are looking for passionate individuals who are keen to learn, but don’t shy away from a challenge.

The role:

  • Identify potential clients, build relationships and generate new business
  • Arrange and attend face-to-face/ virtual meetings and conference calls with new and prospective clients
  • Provide a consultative service to clients – generate creative ideas, advise them on research costs and advise them on research methodology
  • Manage full research process by working with the client on questions, creating the research and providing the clients with the results at the end of the process
  • Providing extensive client entertainment
  • Support senior team members with project management throughout research campaigns
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle process, from booking initial meeting, sending a quote and closing the deal
