Account Manager - Corporate Team - Belfast

Account Manager – Corporate Insurance Team (Belfast)

About the Role

The Corporate Team in Belfast combines industry expertise with tailored insurance solutions, supporting complex programmes for diverse clients across industries. We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team and contribute to our client-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Risk Management: Efficiently place all types of commercial risks within the market.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert, timely guidance on insurance needs to meet client objectives.
  • Insurer Liaison: Collaborate effectively with insurer partners to secure optimal coverage.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Maintain high standards of client satisfaction through prompt, professional servicing of accounts.
    • Deliver efficient mid-term adjustments and resolve client queries swiftly.
  • Case Management:
    • Ensure accurate, timely, and thorough filing of individual client cases.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance:
    • Safeguard client information at all times.
    • Strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Extensive experience in account management within corporate or commercial insurance sectors.
  • Technical proficiency in handling complex insurance risks.
  • Ability to manage a diverse client base, addressing risks of varying size and complexity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, spanning all organisational levels and channels.
  • CII qualification (or active pursuit of exams).

Note: The role requires a customer-first, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in corporate insurance.
