About You
As an Account Manager within the Digital Publicity and Creator Marketing team, alongside an Account Director you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running and success of campaigns for clients in the Entertainment Industry.
You’ll be expected to produce high-quality work on a variety of projects of your own and you’ll have sole responsibility for a number of tasks. You’ll act as a daily liaison with clients to ensure that briefs are met and exceeded and that the campaign stays on schedule. On larger campaigns you’ll oversee the work of an Account Executive to ensure all work created is of the highest standard.
You will have a strong knowledge of the Creator landscape and social trends with good connections to agents and creators in the UK. You will also have a solid understanding of the UK Film and TV space, and experience managing large Creator Campaigns end-to-end, both earned and paid. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be impeccable.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Delivery
- Working with Account Directors/Account Executives and the wider DDA team to devise an influencer campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
- Executing the influencer marketing strategy for the account through in-depth influencer knowledge and campaign best practice and ideation
- Creating and managing campaign timelines to ensure all work is completed on schedule and that deadlines are met
- Creation and oversight of influencer lists for events such as screenings, premieres and gifted experiences
- End-to-end management of paid influencer activations and earned opportunities, including negotiations, contracting, and ensuring all content is live on time and on brief
- Organise and facilitate creator slots at talent junkets, including speciality concepts
- Attend and work events that may fall out of usual office hours including film premieres, screenings and other related events. Travel outside of London may also be required when executing events/gifted trips for influencers
- Ideation and execute of influencer events, media drops, and experiences, helping an Account Director to maintain an up-to-date and exact budget
- Management of the influencer experience on red carpets/bespoke screening events, including ensuring that tipsheets are created and influencers are photographed on the carpet
- Build strong and trusting relationships with influencer agents, managers and PR teams
- In-depth campaign and coverage reporting - turned around in a timely manner - to update client on the campaign’s progress, including organic/paid stats and sentiment
- Updating the team on social media and influencer news, trends and innovative campaigns from relevant brands, studios and competitor agencies
- Support Account Director on pitching for new business opportunities through creative input and presenting ideas to prospective clients

Client Relationships
- Advising client on campaign strategies and providing recommendations for influencers to engage, concepts to execute, and how to best reach the target audience through a creator campaign grounded in accurate social insights
- Liaising with the client to help with their needs and queries
- Supporting - and sometimes leading - on regular campaign updates to the client at all stages of the campaign, including weekly status calls where needed

Skills & Experience
- Passionate about all things film & TV
- Previous 3 years’ experience in influencer marketing
- Previous experience in end-to-end delivery of paid influencer campaigns
- Previous 1 year experience in the entertainment industry
- Understanding of the traditional publicity landscape, junket experience, and red carpet experience is desired
- Previous experience managing influencer trips and/or bespoke experiences is desired
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms is a bonus
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, campaigns and trends, with expert influencer knowledge across a broad range of niches, and expert knowledge in social best practice
- Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and stay organized to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects
- A team player but also able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and client relations skills, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Pro-active & intuitive
- A passion for learning, and getting under the skin of client businesses to give them the best possible outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and expert understanding of social media insights across all main platforms, with an ability to pull out key learnings and trends for reporting
