Account Manager

Location: Lancashire, Nateby

The Opportunity

A well-established ecommerce agency is looking for an Account Manager to become the trusted partner for a portfolio of consumer brands, helping them achieve sustainable growth across Amazon.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious team where you will build long term client relationships, provide strategic guidance and work closely with specialist teams to deliver measurable commercial results.

The Role

As Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring an outstanding client experience from onboarding through to ongoing account growth.

  • Managing and developing long term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations to support account growth.
  • Leading regular client meetings, including performance reviews and planning sessions.
  • Analysing sales performance, trends and key commercial metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts through additional services and strategic initiatives.
  • Working closely with internal specialists across advertising, content, operations and ecommerce to deliver client objectives.
  • Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Maintaining accurate account records and reporting.
  • Contributing ideas to improve internal processes, client experience and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Previous experience in an account management, client services or client success role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solutions focused approach.
  • An interest in ecommerce and online marketplaces.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
