An award-winning independent media agency are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Digital / Paid Social campaign activation experience, who is looking to broaden their expertise across both digital and offline channels within a collaborative agency environment.
This role offers exposure to integrated media planning while developing hands-on experience across Paid Social, Display and wider digital media. The agency invests heavily in training and career development, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in media.
The Role
Reporting into an Account Director, you'll play a key role in planning, activating, optimising and reporting on media campaigns for a varied client portfolio.
You'll work closely with clients, media owners and internal specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, meet business objectives and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of integrated media plans across multiple channels.
- Lead the activation, optimisation and reporting of Paid Social campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms.
- Support activity across Google Ads, YouTube, Display and Programmatic when required.
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing and delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Produce clear reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with media owners and agency partners.
- Stay up to date with emerging media trends and platform developments.

About You
They are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with excellent client communication.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience activating Paid Social campaigns.
- Exposure to channels such as Display, Programmatic, CTV, Online Video, Audio, Native, DOOH or App advertising.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with campaign data.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- An understanding of campaign measurement, tracking and reporting.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
