The Opportunity
Hub UK is recruiting on behalf of an award-winning digital marketing agency. Are you a Digital PR professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering impactful campaigns, and securing high-quality media coverage?
We're partnering with a globally recognised digital marketing agency that is looking for an ambitious Digital PR Account Manager to join their growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-profile client accounts, lead innovative campaigns, and work alongside some of the industry's most talented marketing specialists.

The Role
As a Digital PR Account Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are strategically planned, flawlessly executed, and consistently exceed expectations.
You'll act as the primary client contact, managing relationships, driving campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results. This role offers significant ownership and autonomy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative and leading projects from concept through to execution.

- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client accounts
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, strategic reviews, and performance presentations
- Manage campaign roadmaps, priorities, and resource allocation
- Quality assure campaign outputs before client delivery
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services
- Support new business pitches and strategic proposals
Digital PR Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop data-driven Digital PR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Generate creative, newsworthy campaign concepts that drive coverage and SEO value
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities
- Integrate Digital PR activity with broader SEO, content, AI, and GEO strategies
- Deliver strategic recommendations based on performance insights
Campaign Delivery & Optimisation
- Manage campaigns from ideation through outreach and reporting
- Build targeted media lists and execute outreach strategies
- Secure high-quality media coverage and authoritative backlinks
- Analyse data and transform insights into compelling stories
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity where needed
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in Digital PR, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong account management and client-facing experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Digital PR, SEO, content marketing, and media outreach
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Ability to remain solution-focused in fast-paced environments

Desirable
- Knowledge of AI visibility, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and evolving search trends
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients
- Fluency in a second language
- Experience within the iGaming sector

Location
This role is primarily hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the Central London office. Flexible arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates based outside London.
