Role Description
This is a full-time Account Manager role based in Birmingham / Leicester offered on a hybrid working model with some flexibility to work from home. The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key retail and wholesale customers, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication.

Responsibilities include:

- Monitoring sales performance
- Preparing account plans and forecasts
- Identifying opportunities to increase distribution, visibility, and revenue across Vibrant Foods’ brands
The role involves coordinating with internal teams in sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure timely deliveries, accurate pricing, and strong promotional execution. The Account Manager will also analyze market and customer data, prepare regular reports, and participate in customer meetings and trade events to support category growth and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, ideally within FMCG, food, or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen, including skills in forecasting, budgeting, and interpreting sales and market data to support business decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple accounts, manage deadlines, and work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM or ERP systems; comfortable preparing reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Knowledge or interest in South Asian food and ingredients, with sensitivity to diverse consumer needs and cultural backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and events as required within the role.
