Account Manager (Technical FM)

Location: Chiswick, London

Company: WPS

Client: Warner Bros. Discovery

The Vacancy

We are looking to appoint an exceptional Account Manager to lead the delivery of Facilities Management services across our prestigious Warner Bros. Discovery contract in Chiswick.

This is not a traditional FM management role. We are seeking a technically accomplished leader with a strong background in critical environments, live broadcasting facilities, and complex technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of operational performance, resilience, compliance, and customer satisfaction across a dynamic and high-profile media environment where uptime is paramount.

The successful candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with outstanding stakeholder management skills, leading both directly employed teams and specialist supply partners to deliver a safe, compliant, and world-class FM service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and management of the Warner Bros. Discovery FM account.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of critical building services and technical infrastructure across the estate.
  • Lead the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, lifecycle planning, and project works.
  • Manage critical systems and business continuity processes to minimize operational risk and downtime.
  • Develop strong relationships with Warner Bros. Discovery stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
  • Lead contract performance, ensuring all KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements are achieved or exceeded.
  • Manage operational budgets, forecasting, reporting, and commercial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, resilience, sustainability, and customer experience.
  • Oversee specialist contractors and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and statutory compliance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary technical team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Support technical investigations, incident management, and root cause analysis within critical operational environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
