Company Description Screen Moove is a leading UK-based digital signage manufacturer and AV solutions provider catering to both trade and public sectors. Screen Moove prioritizes reliability and timely delivery, offering deployment support to enable partners and commercial buyers to scale effectively. The team takes pride in excellence at every step, from supply and delivery to installation.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Leeds for an Account Manager at Screen Moove. The Account Manager will be responsible for creating quotes, following up and managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, managing account portfolios, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Account Manager will ensure timely communication and provide post-sales service to maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, and sales Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client needs and close deals Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver customized solutions Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and time-sensitive tasks Experience in the digital signage or AV industry is preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous

CRM & Daily Workflow The successful candidate will be expected to:
Keep all customer records updated in the CRM system. Log every incoming and outgoing phone call. Record detailed notes after every customer conversation. Create and manage follow-up tasks with clear deadlines. Track quotation status from Open to Won or Lost. Maintain a clean and organised opportunity pipeline. Review existing quotations daily and proactively contact customers. Prioritise high-value opportunities and pending payments. Produce accurate sales notes to assist colleagues and management. Ensure customer information remains complete and up to date.
Previous experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is highly desirable.
Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or B2B Sales. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Confident telephone manner with professional email communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Experience using Shopify, Zoho, or similar business systems is advantageous. Experience within Digital Signage, AV, IT, Technology, or Commercial Electronics is preferred but not essential. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous. What We Are Looking For
