Account Manager (E-commerce) – Performance Creative

Function: Performance Creative | Account Management | UGC & Launch Execution

Reports to: Senior Account Manager

Location: Hybrid – The Roundhouse, Camden

Compensation: £42,000 – £50,000

About The Role

We’re seeking an Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives tangible results, and builds trusted partnerships.

In This Role:

  • Manage up to 5 accounts, acting as the key client lead for performance creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with Strategists, Media Buyers, Creatives, and UGC Teams to deliver high-impact, revenue-generating campaigns.
  • Own client relationships, balancing ** satisfies with profitability**—critical for accountability and retention.
  • Grow into a Senior Account Manager path with opportunities to scale responsibility and decision-making.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Client Leadership: Handle day-to-day communications, deliver client updates, and provide clear, strategic insights—always with a commercial lens.
  • Brief & Campaign Delivery:
    • Translate vague client inputs into viable briefs, timelines, and actionable plans—prioritising feasibility and margin.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge gaps between client expectations and delivery reality, keeping all teams (strategy, creative, production, UGC) accountable.
  • Quality & Narrative: Ensure creative & campaign quality, deliverable deadlines, and commercially justified client briefings.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and propose actionable solutions—proactively protecting account health while retaining client confidence.

What You Bring

Experience & Skills:

✔ 2+ years in Account Management, Client Services, or Project Coordination (agency background highly preferred) ✔ Exposure to UGC content, social-first creative, or performance marketing—preferably with Meta/TikTok experience ✔ Commercial mindset—understands that great campaigns must be profitable ✔ Process-driven but adaptable—manages multiple clients without losing tactical clarity ✔ Creatives-centric—cultivates creator partnerships and performance-focused campaigns ✔ Conceptual understanding of Meta & TikTok ecosystems (buying experience not required)
