eCommerce Account Manager
Greater London - work from home
£65,000 plus 6k car allowance, bonus and more!
As Key Account Manager – eCommerce, you'll accelerate profitable digital growth by building strategic partnerships with key Grocery customers, with direct account management of Ocado.
You'll lead our eCommerce strategy across online grocery, driving best-in-class execution, increasing market share, and ensuring our brands win where shoppers buy online. Success means delivering sustainable growth, stronger visibility, higher conversion, and lasting commercial impact.
What you will be doing
- Shaping the future of our eCommerce business by leading strategic partnerships with key customers and influencing long-term growth plans.
- Own your accounts end-to-end, driving sales, profit, market share, retail media, and online commercial performance.
- Make our brands stand out online by delivering best-in-class digital shelf execution and creating exceptional shopper experiences.
- Use data, insights, and market trends to unlock new growth opportunities across pricing, promotions, range, and distribution.
- Test, learn, and innovate, bringing fresh ideas and digital best practices that drive continuous improvement.

You'll Bring
- Proven experience growing eCommerce accounts and delivering sales, profit, and market share growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in retail media, search, digital shelf optimisation, pricing, and promotions.
- Ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies that drive profitable growth.
- Experience managing key eCommerce customers, online P&Ls, budgets, and Joint Business Plans.
- A collaborative, commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and influences cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- FMCG experience is preferred.
