About Glopal
Glopal connects millions of buyers and merchants around the world to unlock cross-border trade. Our end-to-end SaaS platform gives e-commerce retailers and global brands a modular way to expand into new international markets straight from their existing online store β powered by AI-driven international marketing, ecommerce translation automation, duty & tax, and global logistics modules. Merchants who partner with Glopal consistently achieve 3X growth in their international sales.
We already power the international operations of some of the biggest names in global retail, and we're not slowing down. To keep delivering on that promise for our merchants, we're building a dedicated Business Hub within our Customer Experience organization β one clear principle: every account has a single, accountable owner focused on value, growth and retention.
About the role
We're hiring an Account Manager for Glopal's English-speaking markets β a brand-new seat at the table, with real ownership from day one. You'll run the end-to-end commercial relationship for a portfolio of merchants across our English-speaking markets (UK, Ireland, US and beyond), with one mandate: make sure they get real value out of Glopal, and turn that value into expansion and renewal.
This is a business-focused role built on close collaboration with our Technical Hub. They bring the deep expertise on onboarding, integrations and incidents; you bring the commercial lens β owning the client relationship, the ROI narrative and the growth plan, and looping in technical expertise whenever an account calls for it. Together, you make sure every merchant gets both the delivery excellence and the commercial attention they need to grow.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β and where to focus when applying.
Because this role comes with real autonomy inside a fully remote company, we're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a similar Account Management / Customer Success position, ideally carrying both growth and retention targets, ready to run their own portfolio from day one.
What you'll own
- Relationship ownership β you're the single point of contact and the accountable owner of your accounts' commercial and contractual relationship.
- Value validation & product adoption β make sure customers actively use and get measurable value from Glopal's tools and dashboards.
- Expansion & upsell β build and drive a quarterly upsell plan across your portfolio (new markets, marketing add-ons), owning the pipeline end-to-end.
- Renewals β run a renewal playbook based on account health, spotting risk early and building the case for renewal well ahead of contract end.
- Commercial acceleration & ROI narrative β turn product usage and results into a clear business case for your stakeholders.
- English-speaking markets development β be the internal go-to on e-commerce dynamics across English-speaking markets, adapting Glopal's commercial approach accordingly, hand-in-hand with the sales teams covering those markets.
- Cross-sell identification β spot and hand off cross-sell opportunities to the Sales team.
What you'll be measured on
- Account health and customer satisfaction across your portfolio
- NDR and Renewal rate on your book of business
- Upsell and expansion revenue generated quarter over quarter

What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services position, ideally carrying both retention and growth targets.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals: customer acquisition, on-site conversion, and the growth levers merchants care about.
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEA, and comfort discussing conversion-rate KPIs with e-commerce stakeholders.
- A marketing & sales-first profile rather than a technical/data-first one β you're energized by commercial conversations, not just technical ones.
- Track record of owning a client relationship end-to-end: demonstrating value, driving expansion, negotiating renewal.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fully remote environment, managing your own pipeline and priorities without close supervision.
- Experience responding to RFPs / tender processes to win new accounts is a plus.
- Fluent English is required; French or other European languages are a plus.
- A background we'd love to see: a former CSM at a marketing or digital agency, with experience owning client growth targets and contributing to new-business pitches or RFP responses.

- A fully remote company built on autonomy and trust.
- Direct exposure to our VP Customer Success and the leadership team shaping Glopal's next chapter of growth.
- The chance to help scale a fast-growing scale-up already trusted by some of the biggest names in global retail.
