The Role
As Event Account Manager, you’ll leverage your expertise in live corporate events to:
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualise and refine event ideas and pitches
- Cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts
- Develop business plans for account growth
- Craft compelling pitch responses that win new business
- Oversee event project delivery, ensuring seamless client service
- Partake in on-site event management where required
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role due for immediate impact and expansion!
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate expertise in live events, with a strong background in B2B events (e.g., conferences, awards ceremonies, and corporate events), and familiarity with B2C brand activations
- Be highly client-focused, adept at cultivating trust and rapport with key clients and stakeholders
- Have prior hands-on experience in event delivery while thriving in a role focusing on client services and account management
- Possess a passion for events and a 100% affinity for nurturing lasting client relationships
- Exhibit mettle within a flourishing agency with a fantastic culture
