We are ZEAL, a brand activation group that helps fast-moving brands grow faster by turning apathy into action in the moments that matter most.
Powered by our ZEAL-EQ process, we create powerful emotional engagement, unlock hidden shopper buying triggers and give brands the ‘cheat codes’ to win in their key retail channels.
Born in Manchester, we are an independent group with 150 people across Manchester, London, Singapore and Los Angeles, delivering integrated activation across shopper marketing, experiential, partnerships, PR, social, influencer and digital.
We work with leading global brands including Nestlé, Carlsberg Britvic, Suntory, Kraft Heinz, Kellanova, Arla, Bacardi, Essity, Froneri, Weetabix and Revlon.

Role in summary
Joining our established Experiential arm, you’ll support the delivery of impactful work across a range of household FMCG brands. Bringing your innovative thinking to the table to help deliver impactful campaigns including pop-ups, sampling, PR stunts and more.

Reporting to an Account Director, this role will play a key part in shaping how we continue to deliver award-winning campaigns for our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supported by the Account Director, you’ll manage the delivery of projects, acting as a key point of contact between Experiential, Creative, Design, and Production
- Managing relationships with external providers including producers, events, organisers etc, to foster a cohesive and effective partnership
- Planning key milestones of projects including preparing timelines, securing resource, planning budgets and forecasting to ensure we deliver with excellence on time and on brief
- Taking the leading role with full accountability on your projects, ensuring they are delivered with impact and without fault
- Participating in client meetings, presentations and internal meetings, taking ownership of your actions and deliverables
- Facilitate sessions with Creatives to take them through your well thought out, actionable briefs, ensuring the creative solution meets the client brief
- Attend internal planning and forecasting meetings to ensure the correct resources are planned in each week, making course corrections quickly and efficiently when required
- Lead monthly project management meetings, reporting on time spent versus billed across your projects
- Create estimates and budget proposals, and oversee delivery of day-to-day financials including invoices, raising POs, expenses and managing accrued income
- Reviewing and analysing the delivery of projects with a view to achieving future efficiencies whilst ensuring all work is delivered with the highest of standards and surpasses clients’ expectations

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Proven experience working as an Account Manager or similar level, delivering experiential campaigns - ideally for clients in the FMCG sector
- Proven abilities in delivering a portfolio of work including sampling campaigns, roadshows
- Innovative, a great idea generator and a strategic thinker concerning brands
- A first-class communicator who can comfortably negotiate and challenge
- Exceptional financial management skills and commercial acumen
