Programmatic Account Manager

We're partnering with a well-established media and marketing agency. Following continued investment and growth, they're looking to hire a Programmatic Account Manager to join a high-performing team delivering sophisticated digital campaigns for nationally recognised clients.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you'll work alongside some of the industry's leading specialists, gain exposure to cutting-edge programmatic technology, and play a key role in campaigns that reach millions of people.

What you'll do

As a Programmatic Account Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring clients receive exceptional performance and strategic support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP
  • Developing media plans aligned to client objectives and campaign KPIs
  • Monitoring performance, analysing campaign data and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Presenting campaign performance and insights directly to clients
  • Working closely with strategy, planning and activation teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
  • Building strong relationships with media owners and technology partners
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Contributing ideas, testing strategies and continuous campaign improvement

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience managing Programmatic campaigns within an agency or media environment
  • Hands-on experience using DV360, The Trade Desk and/or Amazon DSP
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, bidding strategies and audience targeting
  • Confidence analysing campaign performance and presenting recommendations to clients
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in digital media and emerging advertising technologies
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be advantageous
