The Role:

Are you motivated by a strong basic salary and uncapped earning potential? This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and grow an existing customer portfolio within a leading managed services business. Working across a variety of sectors, you'll be responsible for customer retention, account growth, contract renewals and ensuring excellent service delivery. This is a field-based role offering autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships. We're looking for someone who is confident handling customer challenges, resolving service issues professionally and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Previous Account Management experience within a B2B customer facing environment
  • Comfortable managing customer queries and service-related challenges
  • A consultative and relationship-focused sales approach
  • Outgoing, energetic and customer-focused personality
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Salary:

£35,000-£40,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £10k) + £5,000 Car Allowance + Mobile + Laptop + Tablet + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
