Account Manager at NJ / NOTJUST Clothing
This role is perfect for someone early in their commercial career who wants to get close to brands, products, clients, and the real engine room of a fast-growing business.
We design and manufacture clothing and merchandise for a diverse range of clients, including:
- Global brands
- Premier League clubs
- F1 teams
- Music artists
- Museums and fashion clients
- Our own licensed B2C brand
We also operate our own garment factory in central Manchester, ensuring you’ll see, not just manage the full production and commercial process from design to delivery and growth.
The Role:

- Managing B2B clients
- Supporting orders from quote to delivery
- Building strong client relationships
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating closely with suppliers, design, operations, finance and the directors
This fast-paced, dynamic role requires adaptability as the team is small but ambitious:
- One day you might engage with a football club or global brand
- The next you could assist in production briefs, support a trade event, explore new markets, or enhance our sales processes
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive and commercial thinker with the following qualifications:
- Experience in sales and textiles
- Confident, commercially curious mindset
- Exceptional people skills and highly imaginative
- Outgoing and willing to initiate conversations
- Flexible attitude to travel requirements

Package:
- £28,000 base salary + uncapped bonus
- 28 days’ annual leave
